戚子绍在礼拜五的下午去秦岭打猎时要带上一个叫夏清的女子，王老板问是不是情人，戚子绍说才认识的，应该是熟人，女熟人。王老板就认为打猎带女人不好，又累又不安全，而且三天里住宿也不方便。戚子绍噎了一句：“你舍不得花钱了?!”王老板便不再嘟囔，将车开到A路B楼外的花坛边按喇叭，一长一短地按得生响。楼道里跑出来的却是两个女人，打头儿的是个胖子，四肢短短的，跑起来像是鸭子。戚子绍迎着阳光，把眉头皱成一疙瘩，等胖子跑过来了，一边替夏清拿了大包小包，一边却对着胖子笑。
