具体描述
Sixteen-year-old and not-so-openly gay Simon Spier prefers to save his drama for the school musical. But when an email falls into the wrong hands, his secret is at risk of being thrust into the spotlight. Now Simon is actually being blackmailed: if he doesn’t play wingman for class clown Martin, his sexual identity will become everyone’s business. Worse, the privacy of Blue, the pen name of the boy he’s been emailing, will be compromised.
With some messy dynamics emerging in his once tight-knit group of friends, and his email correspondence with Blue growing more flirtatious every day, Simon’s junior year has suddenly gotten all kinds of complicated. Now, change-averse Simon has to find a way to step out of his comfort zone before he’s pushed out—without alienating his friends, compromising himself, or fumbling a shot at happiness with the most confusing, adorable guy he’s never met.

其实很早就明白Blue是谁（还去查了一下美国历届总统的名字，在某个瞬间还经历了和Simon一样的恐慌），等到揭露之后我脸上的笑就没停过，哎呀可爱可爱可爱！

评分##真的是好甜好可爱啊，从中间开始一路轻松愉悦，读起来满脸微笑。电影改编得跟书还蛮不一样的。

评分##小说里提到Simon怀疑过Blue会不会就是Martin，我看电影的时候真的也一度这么猜想过...并且也挺心疼和喜欢Martin这个角色，但在小说里其实不只是他，很多配角都没能像电影改编那样有闪光点，并且Blue现身的后续情节虽然比电影丰富但也甜腻得让人有点想翻白眼【
