評分##創業的部分就是另一本“創業維艱”。Phil Knight 在書裏經常用到”He is my people”這句話，也就是他所說的有共同理想並願意為之努力的“Shoe Dog”，到後半段覺得商業眼光判斷很重要，識人更重要。被 Phil 四處差遣滅火和發展新業務的 Johnson，坐著輪椅照樣搞定展銷會的 Woodell，Nike 的成功的重要原因之一在於集結瞭這一群 Shoe Dog. 最後 Phil 說，他發現年輕人對時局很悲觀，他承認大時代和運氣很重要，非常重要。可是怎麼也比二戰後更好，機會更多，還是一句老話：越努力越幸運。
