第一次读灵修类书籍。一开始觉得作者神叨叨的，但听到最后觉得还挺治愈的。把未知的未来完全交给生活，内心和灵魂反而就自由了。适合睡前听。

评分##作者并不明白他把什么交给了命运，他只是正面迎接生活的每次挑战，把每次挑战转化为提升自己的机会而已。不过，静坐应该是有助于消除焦虑，使心情平复，更从容地应对生活。面对决断时不如想想，一个更好的，已经提升了的未来的自己会如何应对这个难题。
评分##发现我状态再糟糕对这种灵修类的书也还是挺抗拒的，特别是书里有很玄的内容出现……唯一有点参考价值的大概是某些情况下不要过于执着：What would happen if we respected the flow of life and used our free will to participate in what's unfolding, instead of fighting it?
