塔拉·韋斯特弗 Tara Westover，美國曆史學傢、作傢。1986年生於愛達荷州的山區。十七歲前從未上過學。通過自學考取楊百翰大學，2008年獲文學學士學位。隨後獲得蓋茨劍橋奬學金，2009年獲劍橋大學哲學碩士學位。2010年獲得奬學金赴哈佛大學訪學。2014年獲 劍橋大學曆史學博士學位。2018年齣版處女作《你當像鳥飛往你的山》。2019年因此書被《時代周刊》評為“年度影響力人物”。
