  第1章跨座式單軌交通信號係統概述
  作為一種新型軌道交通方式,跨座式單軌交通的軌道梁既是運營車輛的載體,又是運營車輛的行走軌道,具有適應力強、占地少、噪聲低、轉彎半徑小、爬坡能力強等優點。其信號係統也因綫路形式等原因有著和其他城市軌道交通信號係統不同之處,其綫路形式直接決定瞭跨座式單軌交通信號係統的安裝方式、運行方式及布置方式。
  1.1緒論
  1.1.1跨座式軌道交通簡介
  單軌係統作為軌道交通運輸的解決方案和傳統鐵路一並起源於19世紀。當時,傳統鐵路技術快速地投入瞭商用,而單軌交通受技術所限沒被大規模商用,直至20世紀相應的技術問題纔得到瞭很好的解決並逐步投入到城市軌道交通領域,單軌交通在城市軌道交通中具有獨特的生命力。
  單軌係統在早期發展時就呈現瞭兩種不同的形態,一種是懸掛式單軌交通(見圖1-1-1),一種是跨座式單軌交通(見圖1-1-2)。懸掛式單軌交通為列車在軌道梁下懸垂並沿軌道梁運行的交通方式,它最早被設計用於貨物運輸,在城市軌道交通最早的運用為1901年德國烏帕塔單軌,該條單軌綫路直到現今還在運營當中。
  跨座式單軌交通為列車跨坐在預應力梁上運行的交通方式,其為當今城市軌道交通單軌係統的最常用形式。19世紀50年代,德國ALWEG公司開始緻力於研究和推動跨座式單軌交通的發展,並在加美國利福尼亞迪士尼樂園實施瞭其首個跨座式單軌項目。多年後,龐巴迪公司為美國佛羅裏達的迪士尼樂園建設瞭相似的綫路,一直使用至今天。

  跨座式單軌交通綫路的應用案例遍布全球,中國、日本、韓國、新加坡、德國、俄羅斯、美國、澳大利亞等國傢均建設有跨座式軌道交通綫路。國內跨座式單軌綫路主要分布在重慶、北京、颱灣,且有多個國內城市擬於近期開始修建跨座式單軌軌道交通綫路。由於在發展初期受技術限製,單軌交通一開始主要用於載客量較少的擺渡綫路及通勤支綫,進入20、21世紀,跨座式單軌技術得到瞭長足發展,被新興及發展中國傢青睞並逐步用於城市軌道交通的主乾綫路,中國重慶、北京、韓國大邱等地新建的跨座式單軌綫路均具備中、大型的運輸能力。
  跨座式單軌交通運營綫路由綫路、車站、車輛段/停車場、控製中心組成,配備有跨座式單軌列車、供電、信號、通信、綜閤監控、AFC、屏蔽門、安防門禁、通風空調、電扶梯等完善的係統設備,在運營管理人員的指揮及操作下,共同安全、高效地完成旅客輸送任務。
  跨座式單軌具備以下優點:
  ①占用空間相對較小。跨座式單軌較適用於高架形式,對比起地鐵,高架跨座式單軌占地麵積小,垂直空間亦較小。
  ②環境友好。相比於地鐵,其高架對地麵的遮擋較少,能和諧地融入城市景觀。單軌使用橡膠輪胎在混凝土梁上走行,本身具備低噪特點,穿越城市核心區域及噪聲敏感區域時,不需要額外增加其他降噪設施(如減震道床及聲屏障等),同時,跨座式單軌也比地鐵節能。
  ③跨座式單軌具備爬坡能力強、轉彎半徑小的特點,以高架形式穿越城市核心區域及特殊地形時具備更好的適應能力。
  ④跨座式單軌車輛以轉嚮架導嚮輪車包裹軌道梁運行,因此不容易齣軌,安全性更好。
  ⑤跨座式單軌具有比地鐵經濟性更好的造價及維修價格指標。

  隨著我國城鎮化進程的不斷發展,我國已進入軌道交通建設的快速發展期,北京、上海、廣州、深圳、重慶、南京、瀋陽等20多個城市均已開通軌道交通。而城市軌道交通的製式也多種多樣。在眾多的軌道交通製式中,中等運量的跨座式單軌交通不但具有造價低、噪聲小、轉彎半徑小等特點,還因能很好地解決我國城市化進程中遇到的交通壓力問題等優良性能,逐漸成為新時期的主流交通製式,是主要交通路綫以及旅遊觀光綫路等的良好選擇,尤其是針對那些地形條件較為復雜的地域,更是最適閤的交通製式。
  《跨座式單軌交通信號係統》依托重慶市跨座式單軌成熟的技術,藉鑒瞭中國乃至國際上較為先進的理論,對跨座式信號係統的組成、原理、發展進行瞭闡述,並結閤重慶軌道交通建設的實際需要,進行瞭創新研究和應用研究,遵循“知識夠用,能力必備”原則,從信號工作崗位的特點和要求入手,將職業需要的技能和故障處理融入教材,使得教與練並重,練與學互助。
  本教材由重慶市軌道交通(集團)有限公司牽頭編寫,其間匯總瞭各方專傢意見,會同有關單位共同製訂瞭編寫計劃。在編寫過程中,編寫人員在深入總結和分析重慶軌道交通跨座式單軌信號係統的基礎上,廣泛調查研究國際跨座式單軌的成熟技術,經多次反復論證和修訂,最終成書。
  《跨座式單軌交通信號係統》是重慶軌道交通開展信號員培訓和學習的指導書籍,也可作為麵嚮全國大中院校相關專業教學用教材,對於以後將要建設跨座式單軌城市的相關部門,也是一份寶貴的參考資料。
