這是一本網絡上很紅的書，和“How to”一樣，還有不少機構開設培訓班。這本書Jerry媽媽簡單翻過，也看過一本對應的繪本，“傑瑞的冷靜太空”。個人覺得還是不錯的，特彆關於對孩子的“奬勵”和“懲罰”這塊。
