這本是配閤他的視頻《傢庭烹飪》的，但裏邊各國傢常菜實在太西式，不符閤中國人飲食習慣，實在沒有嘗試欲望。買錯書瞭，應該買那本ultimate cooking course的，裏邊的菜比較中西結閤，很多調料都有中國菜和東南亞菜的影子。因為那本缺貨纔買瞭這本，容我哭一個去。
