作者简介

约翰·伯恩（John Boyne），爱尔兰新锐作家，卡耐基勋章获得者。1971年出生于爱尔兰首都都柏林。就读都柏林大学圣三一学院期间选修英国文学，之后前往英国东英吉利大学攻读硕士学位。现已出版《偷时间的贼》、《骑手议会》等多部小说。

《穿条纹衣服的男孩》是他的第四部作品，出版后备受各方赞誉，在范围内入围并获得诸多奖项。

John Boyne was born in Ireland in 1971 and is the author ofsix novels. The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas won two IrishBook Awards, was shortlisted for the British Book Award and hasrecently been made into a Miramax feature film. His novels arepublished in over 30 languages. He lives in Dublin.
