##this is a book mainly about the self reflections that all liberals should have. It really got me thinkin...to an extend, I was taking some of the criticizes practices described in the book for granted. I’m the i-gen, over-protected young person with liberal ideals... it takes practice and I’ll try to mindful about tolerating different ideas

評分##問題已經存在相當一段時間瞭，但是作者並沒有給齣特彆的解決方式，CBT的提到也太簡短瞭。如果能在具體闡述就好瞭。

評分##書裏講瞭三個被廣泛相信的非真理great untruth：”What doesn’t kill you makes you weaker” ,”Always trust your feelings,” and “Life is a battle between good people and evil people”.這本書寫得真是太好瞭，然而聽得常常冒冷汗，因為他裏麵描述的完全就是我們學校這樣的地方，我們學生這樣的年輕人，太貼切瞭，但因為太貼切就很容易被認為非友即敵，而他描述的一些可怕的事情也完全有可能在我們身邊發生。
評分##內容挺好的，其實也不能算是一本批白左的書。就是寫得太學術瞭一點，一般群眾不太會撿起這樣的書來讀。第七八九、十一十二章講傢庭教育和學校教育的受益更多。喜歡作者直截瞭當提齣問題所在的那種態度。

評分##A lot of good suggestions. If children have been risk-deprived and are therefore more risk averse, then it is likely that they have a lower bar for what they see as daunting or threatening. They will see more ordinary life tasks as beyond their ability to handle .
