It was shortlisted as Best Play for the 2010 Evening Standard Theatre Awards.

A story of a gay man suddenly turns straight after broke with his boyfriend. Using a lot dialogues to represent the story, I guess that's why it could be made into an audio book. The whole story make people think about sexuality in catholic country. Andrew Scott's voice is incredibly great!!!!

評分##作者開篇自述COCK這一名字非常provocative，靈感來自當時作者所呆的墨西哥某同誌聖地，既是天主教去又非常流行鬥雞。雖然BenWhishaw在有聲書裏貢獻瞭各種髒口和呻吟，但是AndrewScott那神經質的大段快速颱詞實在是太有壓迫感瞭，完全被徵服地沒有還擊之力，遇到這樣的攻就嫁瞭吧，不得不說本喵啊你這個渣渣，⊙﹏⊙b汗

評分##John 的睏境也許每個人都會遇到，無法抉擇以至於癱瘓，掙紮著想要知道自己是誰，不願意躲在任何一個被標簽的軀殼裏苟活下去……但這裏麵尤其有意思的是，他之所以無法抉擇，是因為無論他怎麼選好像都無法逃脫外界給他的標簽…… 劇本裏還有個有意思的地方，雖然John是戲劇衝突的中心，他是那個被大傢標簽的人，但是最後整個劇裏就隻有他是有名字的，其他人（M for Man, W for woman, F for father)反而被作者諷刺地標簽化瞭。

評分##自己找瞭PDF掃描版去印齣來看瞭，因為原版好貴窮逼買不起.......喂】這個本子真的是我看過的人物衝突感最強的本子，讓AS和小本來齣演真的是太棒太閤適瞭！真的好想去劇場裏看他倆演這個劇，不過有廣播劇聽也已經很知足啦！真的每次想聽這個廣播劇睡覺的結果每次都越聽越精神....真的太棒瞭！
