J.K. Rowling is the author of the record-breaking, multi-award-winning Harry Potter novels. Loved by fans around the world, the series has sold over 450 million copies, been translated into 77 languages, and made into 8 blockbuster films. She has written three companion volumes in aid of charity: Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (in aid of Comic Relief); and The Tales of Beedle the Bard (in aid of Lumos). She is writing a film script inspired by Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. She has received many awards and honours, including an OBE for services to children's literature, France's L gion d'Honneur, and the Hans Christian Andersen Award.
Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. ##2021.03#09 漸入佳境,為Porter三人的友誼,為他們的勇氣,為他們的智慧…一章一章的書看起來感覺人物形象更加豐滿瞭,然後也有瞭自己想象中的人物形象以及環境…so amazing…感覺書裏的Porter更加real瞭,也是一個真正的小可憐然後逐漸在成長,也會有嫉妒傷心悔恨害怕,並不是自己想象中的所謂"男主角"…然後鄧布利多好可愛…最後為Gryffindor頒奬的時候代入感也太強瞭,淚目?

評分 評分Can't believe it was my first time to read the original book of HP. It was funny, imaginative, creative and easy to read. Compared with the movie, it had more details and was more complete; for Neville who became brave in the end, the storyline was more reasonable. But movie was also influential as what I can imagine was just the scene from it.
