評分##很好的UCD實踐指導手冊，甚至詳細到推薦用什麼牌子的音箱作為測試工具。Steve Krug一直在不遺餘力的推廣UCD的必要性和價值理念，可惜在大多數公司的産品中，UCD的優先級都是最低的，就如DCIM之於IDC一樣。
