評分1. Brian Chesky是厲害啊，可以跟Airbnb一起scale 2. 創業的時候launch三次毫無奇效，牛奶都買不起就著自來水乾吃麥片，到Airbnb後來融到瞭幾百億仍然能不忘初心 3. Airbnb和YC果然是互相成就，現在Paul Graham的創業哲學可以明顯看齣大量從Airbnb得齣的經驗，在Black Swan Farming裏，PG就說YC投資麵對根本矛盾，a) 必須要投有10000倍可能的想法，中等程度的成功對YC毫無意義，YC超過80%的利潤來自於對Airbnb和Dropbox的投資 b) 最有10000倍可能的想法一開始看上去通常是壞主意

評分##一天多翻完瞭，這本書是airbnb這些年新聞的集閤， 也試圖探討瞭一些深入的問題，比如社會矛盾，和酒店，競爭對手的關係，成功的原因，不少地方有捧白切雞臭腳(learning machine)的感覺，和我看到的airbnb不太一樣
