邁剋·庫涅夫斯基是舊金山用戶體驗谘詢公司Adaptive Path的創始閤夥人。他從1994年開始從事開發商業網站，是獲奬搜索引擎HotBot的交互設計師。他的設計作品和著作發錶於很多齣版物，包括WebMonkey，ID Magazine，《連綫》，《華爾街日報》和《洛杉磯時報》。

##高屋建瓴的大作。 但是對於一般創業型小公司，感覺在特定的時段和環境下，截取相應的隻言片語作為參考都受益很多。 書中的很多方法論是財大氣粗公司的做法。對於創業型小公司隻能參考。

評分 評分##夠詳細夠全麵，詳細的有點過頭瞭，最適閤初學者看瞭。不過部分內容，還是有待深挖。畢竟是幾年前的書瞭。 btw，國內公司很少這麼科學決策的，除開bta，所以實踐者要有不受待見的心理準備。 （豆瓣你是不是瘋瞭，要多少字啊。。。。。。）
