小说以二战苏俄已经打到德国为历史背景，以几位逃亡中的年轻主角切换自述为叙述方式。几位年轻主角各有各背景，各有各秘密，增添小说的神秘感和牵引感。我很喜欢这样的叙述方式，节奏快而紧凑，通过变换视角来带动情节更快的发展，跳过一些不必要的阐述。而小说中德国用来遣散的Gustloff（本来只能装千把人的船当时装了一万多人）被苏俄的三颗鱼雷打中，死了9000多人，这是真实的历史事件。选取这样的角度的二战小说我还是第一次读。我读的大多是控诉纳粹恶行。而这本除了看到纳粹的种族歧视之外还能看到在危难时刻德国人依然尊老爱幼做事井然有序的一面。而在战争中被夺去一切的人们也会在某一瞬间得到来自陌生人的帮助和温暖。在战争的残酷下，Emilia毅然决然将救生艇最后一个位置让给另一个男孩时，让人在黑暗中看到人性的光辉点。 @2016-03-14 10:33
