##与其说是一本讲经济的书不如说讲的是政治，Goodreads上打差评的往往第一句话就点明：“这是一本左派书籍”。MMT在经济学领域依然比较小众，本书主旨可概括为：联邦政府是货币发行者不是使用者（推导出Uncle Sam永远不会破产），不要用小家庭算账的方式去看待财政预算，赤字不是过度花销的特征，通胀才是。Kelton指出主流经济学认为的“自然失业率”实际是强行牺牲一部分人的工作来抑制通胀是一个faith，是人道主义问题，所以建议一个联邦政府担保全民就业的program，可以理解由于听起来有社会主义色彩而引起保守派读者的不适。不过这种可以无视赤字的MMT建议决策只适用于有货币主权、浮动自由汇率的国家，而RMB是锚定美元的。所以美国的债务问题不算真问题，而中国的债务就……洗洗睡吧呵呵。
