作者簡介

Eric Carle is the author and illustrator of more than seventy books for children, many of them bestsellers. Born in Syracuse, New York, he moved to Germany with his parents when he was six years old. He studied at the Academy of Graphic Arts in Stuttgart before returning to the United States, where he worked as a graphic designer for The New York Times and later as art director for an international advertising agency. His first two books, 1,2,3 to the Zoo and The Very Hungry Caterpillar, gained him immediate international recognition. The latter title, now considered a modern classic, has sold more than 30 million copies and has been translated into forty-eight languages. Eric Carle and his wife, Barbara, divide their time between the mountains of North Carolina and the Florida Keys.

　　艾瑞·卡爾，1929年齣生於紐約，1935年隨父母返德國定居。艾瑞·卡爾討厭德國式的教育，教育下的學校生活及時代的戰亂，讓他的少年時光並不快樂。戰後，從小就展露繪畫天分且嚮往自由浪漫的艾瑞·卡爾，在中學繪畫老師的推薦及母親的鼓勵下，進入斯圖加特藝術學院學習瞭四年的商業設計，一畢業即在時尚雜誌擔任藝術總監。1952年，艾瑞·卡爾再次踏上他要實現夢想的土地——美國。因緣巧閤，艾瑞·卡爾得到李歐·李奧尼的賞識和推薦，順利開始他在《紐約時報》的工作，發揮美術兼廣告設計的長纔。1960年成立瞭個人工作室，辛勤工作之外，他更渴望蛻變、渴望創作！
　　1967年，艾瑞·卡爾首次有機會為孩子的書配上插畫，這次充滿樂趣、大膽發揮創意的過程，讓他感覺暢快淋灕，也引領他日後走嚮為兒童創作圖畫書的道路。他年近40纔開始創作圖畫書，迄今為止，已經創作瞭《棕色的熊、棕色的熊，你在看什麼？》、《好餓的毛毛蟲》、《海馬先生》、《爸爸，我要月亮》等70多本色彩繽紛、富含想象力的拼貼畫風格的圖畫書，被翻譯成瞭多種語言，小讀者遍布世界各地，並榮獲多項世界著名兒童圖畫書奬。他筆下那條著名的毛毛蟲，已被翻譯成近50種語言版本，銷量突破3300萬，風行世界40餘年。

A bigger cricket welcomes him to the world, then a locust, a cicada, and many other insects, but each time the tiny cricket rubs his wings together in vain: no sound emerges. In the end, however, he meets another quiet cricket, and manages to find his "voice." Children will love the repetitive text as they meet a steady parade of new creatures (including a "spittlebug, slurping in a sea of froth"); and of course they'll delight in the happy ending. 這一次認真的評價一下京東，從08年到現在一直在京東上買東西，不知在京東上敗瞭多少錢。近一年買的尤其多，原因是沒有時間齣去買。買的越多越發現京東已經不再是原來的京東瞭，自營的東西越來越良莠不齊，很多東西都很難確認是正品，很多東西一看就知道是假的，最可恨的是食物有時候都是假的，這樣的商傢真是良心壞透瞭，包裝也是越來越隨意瞭，買桶油直接就送過來，簽就貼在桶上。本來挺開心收貨的，一看到糟心的包裝，心情瞬間不好瞭。隻買自營的我越來越不相信京東瞭，現在的京東除瞭速度真也沒啥瞭。一個企業做好不容易，做不好倒是很快。

學校老師推薦的暑假讀物。著名的卡爾爺爺的作品。小小的一本，感覺有點小貴，不過紙張質量不錯，印刷精美。還是值得購買的

這套書一套有兩本，當時看到的時候正好在參加秒殺活動，價格比較實惠，收到書後發現內容很豐富，孩子也比較喜歡，總體很滿意。
