作者簡介

One of America's most acclaimed and beloved writers, Thornton Wilder (1897-1975) was a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner for his acclaimed novel The Bridge of San Luis Rey and his full-length dramas Our Town and The Skin of Our Teeth. 大花蕙蘭的組培苗要經過2.5～3年的營養生長，纔能夠進入生殖生長，進行花芽分化和發育，進而開花。進入生殖生長階段的標誌是花芽的分化。花芽的形成與葉片的數量和假鱗莖的充實度有關。足夠數量的基本完成展開與伸長葉片以及充實的假鱗莖，是大花蕙蘭花芽形成的必要條件（加古舜治等，1976；Vacin， 1952）。經過充分的營養生長階段後，大花蕙蘭進入生殖生長階段。大花蕙蘭的花芽由側芽發育形成，分化為花芽的側芽經過發育，開始抽生花葶。大花蕙蘭的花芽大都形成於一年生新芽形成的假鱗莖上，這些新芽一般是上年10～11月間在老的假鱗莖上留下來的。花芽一般在假鱗莖的基部2～4節著生，每個假鱗莖上多形成1～2個花芽。
