##接著昨天說的，這本真的是把正義論拆開揉碎地分析，Sandel還是有他的洞見的。（btw他當年在哈佛還是耶魯的政治哲學公開課真的不錯）但到頭來我覺得在理論層麵上，Rawls一個political citizen的概念就能把Sandel依賴的直覺拆掉十之八九。Rawls的問題在liberalism的實踐，但我覺得Sandel在實踐層麵上可能問題更大... 在再版前言中，Sandel區分瞭正義與善觀念相聯係的兩種路徑：1、正義應從特殊共同體或傳統中人們共同信奉或廣泛分享的價值中汲取道德力量，共同體的價值規定著何為正義，何為不正義【參Walzer，1982】；2、正義原則及其證明取決於它們所服務的那些目的的道德價值或內在善。S...
