評分##父母的首要任務是培養孩子的自主自驅，讓孩子為自己的人生負責，這個理念我是認同的（相信大多數人也是認同的）。書中例子很多，但很簡單，矛盾簡單，解決路徑也簡單，大多靠“話聊”就有效果… 沒看到新鮮的理論或實用的tips。最大的感受是，父母首先自己得成為self-driven parents.

評分##看瞭一半，後一半是青少年孩子有關的問題，我暫時用不到。怎樣培養一個有自我驅動力的孩子，簡單說就是傢長自己不焦慮，放手讓孩子自己做決定，保證他們做決定的信息是充分的。
