##心情好的時候讀如若春風蜜糖，閤捲後能加倍的對孩子好，控製自己。被惹煩的時候讀簡直覺得全篇都是bullshit和憑什麼，憑什麼娃的負能量要安放在我的情緒容器裏，我自己也是人啊。如果說非要總結幾點：1.孩子在你眼中看到他自己。2. 先共情，再講道理。順毛擼，軟著來。3. verbalise一切，因為娃太小還沒法兒全說齣來。

評分為什麼我纔讀到這本書，這是我四年多傢長生涯讀到最好的一本育兒書。以後我會推薦給每個準備要小孩的人讀。這本書值得我寫一篇很長的體會和筆記，背下來自用。另外我發現自己現在對實用類書籍的興趣超過瞭小說文藝類，自己太無知瞭，現在需要提高的兩個領域是育兒和領導力。
評分##好書，雖然有些地方讀得很怪，比如說睡眠訓練的地方，但是大體上是一本好書，慶幸娃還小的時候讀瞭，印象最深的幾個地方：（1）說傳統做法都是教孩子要開心，但是負麵情緒不可避免，要認同孩子的負麵情緒，要去幫他們錶達情緒，孩子畢竟小沒有相應的語言能力；（2）也要和小孩用閤作的態度，有問題一起找解決方法；（3）在設定界限時用I- statement，設定界限是因為自己的感受，這一點其實和在其它讀到的有點異麯同工，在和人有衝突時，要多說I feel upset when you shout at me，而非直接去judge去定義對方，you are angry, you are an idiot之類。
