##kindle每天看10%，过程极度愉悦。初入职场时的typos跟calculation errors我们大家都有犯过，后果不同，反思的境界也不一样，很佩服他每次犯错都坦然并因此建立rules避免第二次，在blackstone第二笔被steel价格蛊惑的坏投资是他个人拍板，被投资人叫过去差点被骂哭，读到即觉得好笑又很真诚，事后整个公司建立规则避免同类错误。asking for help这点真是相见恨晚，道理我都会讲，可看他一以贯之的执行下来，回想起自己在同样境遇中的傲慢跟懦弱，很惭愧。从第一笔大单，价格他咨询了每一位能提供意见的同事，在日本叫价钱也是立即跟partner电话，那么自信的一个人却能如此坦然的寻求帮助，大气的让人佩服。通过他的view看中美贸易战，只能说Trump的目标太清晰了。

##黑石基金创始人的回忆录 一个耶鲁体育特长生的逆袭 第一页的一句话 完成一件大事的精力步骤和完成一件小事差不多 所以要干就要干一????大的就知道此人境界不同 一个犹太中产出身靠着百米接力美国第四的成绩进了耶鲁 然后参加各种兄弟会 最后毕业之际就能到同学的爷爷 肯尼迪家族家里咨询就业机会 想失败也难 不过作为回忆录 大佬的第一桶金如何36岁就当上雷曼全球部门总裁却语焉不详 揭露了花街的各种黑 感觉大佬上位也是不可能白 最后几章有点自我吹嘘之嫌 跳过即可

##自传分两类：只想好好讲个故事自己正好是主角 vs. 自我营销。苏世民的书如他本人一样 正好落在这两者之间 既有世俗的成功 也有完全不世俗的人生经历 听完最大感受便是他身上的平衡 他亲自读的几章专门写给年轻人的建议，虽然都是cliché 但因为是他经历了八次经济危机不倒实践出来的 所以更有说服力 最后提到亲力亲为搭建清华Schwarzman College 敬佩并感动他投身教育事业与对中美关系实实在在的付出 25岁最后一天以听完老先生的书收尾还挺满足的 轻微缓解了我如日中天的quarter life crisis…… 年长一岁也想要在摸爬滚打中收获像他一般的果决与魄力。

我觉得这本书有很大一部分就是他自己吹牛逼，各种秀，看到中间的时候我都快看不下去了，我觉得和Jim Simons的那本差远了，对细节的描述差很多
