评分##kindle每天看10%，过程极度愉悦。初入职场时的typos跟calculation errors我们大家都有犯过，后果不同，反思的境界也不一样，很佩服他每次犯错都坦然并因此建立rules避免第二次，在blackstone第二笔被steel价格蛊惑的坏投资是他个人拍板，被投资人叫过去差点被骂哭，读到即觉得好笑又很真诚，事后整个公司建立规则避免同类错误。asking for help这点真是相见恨晚，道理我都会讲，可看他一以贯之的执行下来，回想起自己在同样境遇中的傲慢跟懦弱，很惭愧。从第一笔大单，价格他咨询了每一位能提供意见的同事，在日本叫价钱也是立即跟partner电话，那么自信的一个人却能如此坦然的寻求帮助，大气的让人佩服。通过他的view看中美贸易战，只能说Trump的目标太清晰了。
评分##Was initially attracted by the idea of building an AI institution in Yale and humanity one which studys moral impact of AI in Oxford. Very interesting with the 1st&2nd parts but the subprime mortgage crisis part is unbearably long and boring. Whole piece is fairly good and no worry any difficult financial words.

评分我觉得这本书有很大一部分就是他自己吹牛逼，各种秀，看到中间的时候我都快看不下去了，我觉得和Jim Simons的那本差远了，对细节的描述差很多
