评分##每一个喜欢美食的厨子说起自己的烹饪之路都充满了激情啊!书中介绍了很多做饭方法,但是这些菜品都是外国的,和我们中国人的胃口不太一样。 这本书只听了半本。感觉我可以做个大厨,虽然我只能做很简单的菜,但是总觉得我的alter ego是chief。
